TBD Whitetail Drive

This secluded timber tract sits south of the famed small town of Freeburg near R3 pool within Houston County, Minnesota. This neighborhood is known for 200” genetics and large land tracts of timber with high peaks and deep valleys within the Bluff Country. Whitetail Deer can grow old in this area because of the expansiveness. The ½ mile access road leads to the 70acre timber tract which is in the center of a couple of large QDM farms with NO state land nearby. The layout includes two large ridge top benches which total about 25 acres, about 15 acres of valley and the balance hardwood forest ridges. The ridge tops and valley would be amazing places to put food plots. There are old logging roads throughout the property and good stand of white oaks, red oaks, hickory and more. There is a permanent stand, tree stands and water hole. There are scrapes, rubs, and trails all over on this property! Plentiful turkey population. The snowmobile trail runs along the land. Come enjoy hunting this amazing bluff country property this fall!
