Located north of Welcome on 130th Avenue sits this excellent hunting property. The property is made up primarily of upland habitat but also encompasses an abandoned farm site with an established tree grove and wetland habitat in the middle. The abandoned farm site is most likely the area where hunters will spend most of their deer hunting time. The farm site has approximately +/- 4 acres of woods, mowed trails, an established food plot and a box blind. In the abandoned farm site is even a short shooting range area for target practice in the offseason. Outside of the abandoned farm site, are over 50 acres of upland habitat and wetland habitat.
